Currently only available for shipping in USA and Canada.
For best results, use a glass frame to keep the artwork preserved for years to come—glass won't bend or buckle like plexiglass. Do not use plexiglass because it can create static that attracts particles to the surface.
Please note, while there is a fixative on the painting, there may still be some transfer if touched. Handle with care and avoid touching the surface directly.
Original artwork is personally packaged and shipped from the studio. Please allow up to 7 business days for the artwork to ship.
Production for prints generally takes 1–3 business days. We have partnered with a reputable printer for order fulfillment. Your prints are carefully packaged—smaller sizes are shipped flat in mailers, while larger pieces are rolled into tubes for crease prevention.
Once shipped, you can expect the following shipping times:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- Rest of World: 5–8 business days
Shipping times, while approximate, can change due to external factors outside of our control.
Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or delays caused by customs. Import rules, including de minimis value thresholds, can change frequently, so we encourage customers to check their country’s latest requirements before ordering.
Our prints are made to order just for you, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If you believe you have received a defective or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at contact@mellosweet.com. Please include pictures showing evidence of the damage or the incorrect item and your order number.
From the Studio
Each print begins with artwork being made in the studio—born from daydreaming, sketching, and lots of happy messes to get it to where it wants to be. The artwork is then printed on demand on museum quality paper with archival inks to ensure the longevity of each print.
