Production generally takes 1–3 business days. We have partnered with a reputable printer for order fulfillment. Your prints are carefully packaged—smaller sizes are shipped flat in mailers, while larger pieces are rolled into tubes for crease prevention.

Once shipped, you can expect the following shipping times:

• USA: 2–5 business days
• Canada: 3–5 business days
• Rest of World: 5–8 business days

Shipping times, while approximate, can change due to external factors outside of our control.

Orders ship from the United States and may be subject to import taxes, duties, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Original artwork is personally prepared and packaged with care to ensure it reaches to you safely. Because of this extra attention, please allow up to 7 business days for your artwork to be shipped.

Our prints are made to order just for you, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If you believe you have received a defective or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please send pictures showing evidence of the damage or the incorrect item and your order number to contact@mellosweet.com.
