For my 28th birthday, my boyfriend took me to Scribner’s Catskill Lodge for a mini getaway. There’s an outdoor pool, restaurant, and bar on the property, as well as a little open flame to make s’mores, ample board games and billiards, and many different outdoor activities depending on the season around the area. It’s very family-friendly!
We didn’t venture out of the hotel property at all, opting to stay in and enjoy dinner at the restaurant, roasting s’mores outside, playing billiards, and enjoying the sun by being out at the pool for a swim and poolside bites.
